Realize Occupational Therapy
My name is Eliza Bowen, and I am the heart behind Realize Therapy & Coaching (oh, and Jacko my trusty thearpy dog plays a big part too!). My commitment is to provide holistic and neuroaffirming therapy, parent coaching and capacity building intertwined with my passion for the outdoors.
Grounded in extensive research on connection and regulation, my approach also strongly emphasises the transformative power of 'doing' and engaging in 'meaningful occupation'.
With more than 20 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist, I've had the privilege of working across diverse settings - from private and public health to hospitals, clinics, and Early Intervention Key Worker programs. This journey has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of individual needs, family units and the importance of tailored support.
